Tell us about the proposal.Write it in the notes after booking. We agree on the spot and the time with you, and suggest one if you are unsure: usually Imerovigli in the hour before sunset, or early morning for calm. Flowers or rose petals for the moment can be arranged too.
The shoot starts like any other.You meet your photographer at the meeting point we send you, and the session begins as a regular couple shoot: a few relaxed poses, the view, the light. Nothing gives the plan away.

A 1 hour couple photoshoot in your own outfits: natural, candid photos of the two of you, and nothing to explain to your partner. Our proposal package, with all the photos color corrected and 20 retouched.
Your partner books a flying dress photoshoot, she chooses her dress from our collection before the shoot, and the proposal happens with the dress flying across the terrace. Marilyn, 1 hour, €570, is the one most couples choose.
Imerovigli is where most of our proposal shoots happen: wide caldera views, open terraces and calm. Oia is the most famous, and best early in the morning or 3 to 4 hours before sunset, when it is quiet. Every spot below has its own page with photos and tips.
The hour before sunset gives the warmest light, but popular spots are busiest then. Early morning is quieter, and Imerovigli is calmer than Oia at any hour.
Time of year
May, June, September and early October: warm, long evenings and fewer people than in July and August. Sunset is at about 17:05 in December and 20:35 in June and July.
What to wear
With Lifestyle, outfits you feel good in. Light, plain colors look best against the white villages: white, cream, beige or light blue. Comfortable shoes for the steps.

The booking and our messages go to you. Your partner only needs the date, the time and the word photoshoot. Flowers or rose petals for the moment, and help choosing it, are a message away after booking.

Will my partner find out?
Not from us. The booking confirmation and our messages go to you, and on the day the shoot looks and feels like a regular couple photoshoot until you ask. Your partner only needs to know the date, the time and that there is a photoshoot.
Is the photographer hidden?
No, and that is the point. Your partner expects a photographer, so nobody has to hide behind a wall or hope a passerby does not walk through the frame. Your photographer is close, already shooting, and ready for the moment.
How much does a proposal photographer cost in Santorini?
Lifestyle, our proposal package, is €360 for a 1 hour photoshoot in your own outfits, for the two of you. Flying dress packages start at €370 and include the dress. Couples pay the same price as one person, and the proposal is photographed as part of your session. A 50% deposit secures your date, and the rest is paid on the day.
Can the proposal happen during a flying dress photoshoot?
Yes. Book any flying dress package: she chooses a dress from our collection before the shoot, as for every flying dress photoshoot, and the proposal happens with the dress on the terrace. If you prefer your own outfits, Lifestyle (€360) is the natural choice.
Where is the best place to propose in Santorini?
Imerovigli, for wide caldera views, open terraces and calm. It is where most of our proposal shoots happen. Oia is the most famous village, and best early in the morning when it is quiet. Megalochori, Prophet Elias and Finikia are quieter still.
What is the best time of day to propose in Santorini?
The hour before sunset gives the warmest light, but popular spots are busiest then. Early morning is quieter, and Imerovigli is calmer than Oia at any hour. Sunset moves from about 17:05 in December to about 20:35 in June and July, and we start sunset shoots about an hour before.
What is the best month for a proposal in Santorini?
May, June, September and early October: warm, long evenings, a breeze rather than strong wind, and fewer people than in July and August. Sunset sessions in summer are the first dates to go, so book as early as you can.
How many photos do we get, and when?
With Lifestyle, every photo from the shoot, color corrected in high resolution, within 9 days, plus 15 light retouched and 5 signature retouched photos within 16 days of your selection. The photos arrive through Dropbox and stay available there for 1 year.
What if the weather is bad?
We watch the forecast closely and move your shoot to a better time or day at no extra cost. We always agree the change with you, so the surprise stays a surprise.
Can you arrange flowers or rose petals?
Yes. Tell us after booking what you have in mind, a bouquet or rose petals for the moment, and we arrange it with you before the day.
Can we add a video or a longer session?
Yes. An Instagram reel edited with music is €120, a 1 to 2 minute cinematic film €380, and an extra hour with extra retouched photos €320. Tell us in advance so your photographer plans the time.
How do we book, and what if we have to cancel?
Tap Book on the Lifestyle card, choose your date and time, and pay a 50% deposit securely through Stripe. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your shoot.
